For this website, the data controller is Crizaze Business Services Pvt Ltd, registered in India (CIN U93090TN2019PTC128674), at 1/694 Valaiyapathi Salai, Mogappair East, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600037.
This site has no forms, no accounts and no logins. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us — if you email or call using the details on this site, we process your name, your contact details and the contents of your message so we can reply.
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and builds no profile of you. Nothing here needs your consent, which is why you are not being asked for any. Our fonts are self-hosted, so visiting this site makes no request to a third-party provider.
If this changes — for example if we add analytics or a contact form — this section will be updated to say exactly what is collected before that change goes live.
We process enquiry correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and in running our business. We keep it for as long as the enquiry — and any relationship that follows from it — requires, and no longer.
We do not sell personal data. We share it with the group company your enquiry concerns, and with the providers that run our email and IT systems on our behalf — who may use it only on our instructions and not for their own purposes. Some of those providers, and some of our own offices, are outside your country, so your correspondence may be handled in India or the United Kingdom.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, or to object to our processing it. We honour these requests for everyone who contacts us, under the UK GDPR and under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
To make a request, email info@crizaze.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your local supervisory authority — in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office.
The four companies are operated separately and run their own websites. Once you leave this site, this notice no longer applies — each of them handles data under its own terms.
This site is published for information about the Crizaze group. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or professional advice, and nothing here forms a contract. We keep the content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
This site links out to Crizone Business Centre, Zorinto, Crizaze Models and Bridgewares Export. Each is a separate business with its own website, its own terms and its own contracts. Your dealings with any of them are with that company, not with the group.
The names, marks, text and imagery on this site belong to the relevant group company. You are welcome to link to this site and to quote it with attribution; please do not reproduce it wholesale or use our marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.
This site and this notice are governed by the laws of India. Contracts with the group's UK companies are governed by the law stated in those contracts.
